CANCELLATION POLICY

At Vida Wellness, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure that your scheduled appointments run smoothly. In order to respect our time and the time of other clients, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the service fee. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. If you have prepaid appointment packages and fail to show up for an appointment or cancel within the 48-hour window, you will forfeit one of your prepaid sessions. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms and understand that payment is due for the service as promised, regardless of your ability to attend.
